we create books
Every Fauun edition is hand-typeset from source and set against our own style guide, ensuring every page, in every title, meets the same design standard of spacing, rhythm, and legibility. The result is a catalogue that reads as one coherent collection.
We benchmark our editions against Penguin Classics, then go beyond that standard with a higher grade paper stock and a more legible, consistently sized typeface across the entire list. Where many classic paperback imprints vary font size title to title, every Fauun edition holds to the same standard — so a reader (or a buyer) knows exactly what they’re getting, book to book.
For production and delivery, we partner with IngramSpark and print locally to the customer wherever possible. That means economical domestic freight, no warehousing, and no waste — books are made to order.
Finished editions are paperback, perfect bound — durable, well-proportioned, and with a modern matt-finish cover, they are built to be read and reread.
